Parking, Accessibility, and What to Bring

Our Rainbow location offers free onsite parking and is fully wheelchair accessible. The team speaks English, Vietnamese, and Spanish, and we’re always happy to help answer questions before your visit.

Please bring the following:

  • Your vision and/or medical insurance card

  • Any glasses or contact lenses you use

  • A list of your current medications

  • Referral paperwork (if required)

  • A photo ID
